Safety cover

The Safety Rebar Cap 8–36 mm is a protective cap made of durable PVC, designed to cover the ends of reinforcing bars with diameters from 8 to 36 mm. The flexible and resistant material fits securely onto steel, does not crack during installation and retains its properties when exposed to UV radiation, rain and typical construction chemicals. Its bright red or yellow colour improves the visibility of exposed reinforcement, helping reduce the risk of impacts, trips and other injuries. The caps can be reused as long as they show no visible mechanical damage, providing a simple and cost-effective way to protect exposed rebars across the construction site.

Applications of the Safety Rebar Cap

The Safety Rebar Cap 8–36 mm is suitable wherever exposed reinforcement bar ends are present. Suitable for:

• protecting exposed rebars in slabs, walls, foundations and ring beams,
• protecting workers in access routes and pedestrian areas,
