iFlex Sealing tape roll

The iFLEX sealing membrane is made of an embossed polyethylene membrane laminated with a special adhesive coating on one side in the iFLEX single version or on both sides in the iFLEX double version. The coating bonds with masonry mortar and fresh concrete, allowing the membrane to seal construction joints in monolithic structures and reduce the risk of leakage at foundation slab-to-wall joints and other reinforced concrete connections. The protective film is divided into two sections, allowing the adhesive surface to be exposed gradually during installation, which makes work easier in dense reinforcement and around complex penetrations. The membrane can also be used as a TBW sealing element for watertight penetrations, connections and joints. iFLEX should be installed at temperatures above -5°C in accordance with the project documentation and applicable regulations.

Applications of the iFLEX Sealing Membrane

The iFLEX sealing membrane is designed for sealing construction joints and structural connections exposed to water.

• sealing construction joints between foundation slabs and reinforced concrete walls,
• sealing construction joints in monolithic walls, slabs and beams,
• creating watertight service penetrations and connections between TBW system components,
• sealing joints between existing and newly constructed reinforced concrete elements,
• protecting against water migration in underground structures, garages, tanks and other structures exposed to water pressure.
