Anchoring element M24

The M24 Anchoring Element consists of a robust steel anchoring plate measuring 10 × 100 × 100 mm with a welded 130 mm long sleeve featuring an internal M24 thread. Four holes in the plate make it easier to position and temporarily fix the element to the formwork, ensuring that the threaded sleeve is located exactly where required after concreting. This solution creates a permanent threaded anchoring point during the concreting stage, eliminating the need for subsequent drilling and installation of mechanical or chemical anchors. The element is available in a black steel version and can also be electro-galvanized on request. An allowable axial load of up to 121 kN and shear force of up to 84 kN make it suitable for demanding fixing points for suspended structures and steel components.

Applications of the M24 Anchoring Element

The M24 Anchoring Element is suitable wherever a permanent threaded fixing point is required in a reinforced concrete structure. Suitable for:

• single-sided anchoring in reinforced concrete slabs and walls,
• fixing and suspending working platforms and temporary structures,
• creating mounting points for installations, gratings and steel components,
• fixing crane rail components,
• creating fixing points for M24 bolts and threaded rods in elements exposed to high axial and transverse loads.
