Hexagon nut

The DW15 SW 30/50 Hex Nut is a fastening component designed for use with standard DW15 formwork tie rods. Made of weldable free-cutting steel and supplied ungalvanized, it can be welded directly to plates, brackets and other steel components to create permanent fixing or anchoring points. Its allowable load of 90 kN, in accordance with DIN 18216 and matching the capacity of the tie rod, makes it suitable for both conventional reinforced concrete formwork and single-sided anchoring systems. The SW30 hexagonal shape allows convenient tightening with a suitable wrench, while the 50 mm height provides good access and control during installation. When used with a suitable bearing plate, the nut creates a stable and repeatable clamping point for formwork components.
