Hook anchor

The Anchor Loop is an anchoring element designed for single-sided wall and foundation formwork, made of weldable B15 bar or, in selected applications, B20 bar. Bent into a loop shape, the bar creates an extended anchoring zone in concrete, reducing the risk of pull-out under high fresh concrete pressure. The loop can be bent directly on site, allowing its geometry to be adapted to the specific arrangement of formwork, retaining A-frames or working platforms. It is compatible with V-type brackets and FCMB and FCM cones, forming a complete anchoring point. After the concrete has cured, removable components are taken out, while the anchor loop remains permanently embedded in the structure as a sacrificial element.

Applications of the Anchor Loop

The Anchor Loop is suitable wherever secure anchoring of single-sided formwork or temporary structures in concrete is required. Suitable for:

• anchoring single-sided foundation formwork to base slabs,
• anchoring single-sided wall formwork,
• fixing formwork to existing concrete during extension concreting works,
• anchoring retaining A-frames and working platforms,
• fixing other temporary structures requiring anchoring in concrete.
