Wire washer “snake”

The Wire Snake Spacer is a self-supporting steel spacer designed to separate the bottom and top reinforcement layers in reinforced concrete structures. The profiled wire, formed into a Z-shape or sinusoidal profile, creates a stable linear support that maintains the designed height of the top reinforcement along the entire length of the element. This solution reduces the need for large numbers of individual rebar chairs, speeds up the installation of bars and reinforcement meshes, and helps prevent reinforcement movement during concreting. The spacer is available in heights from 6 to 20 cm with a standard length of 2.4 m, allowing the appropriate variant to be selected for the thickness of the element and the required reinforcement layout. It is particularly suitable for large reinforcement areas where fast installation and a consistent top reinforcement level are important.
