Description of the Premium three-layer panel
The Premium three-layer panel is made of three layers of cross-laminated spruce wood bonded with high-quality, waterproof Dynea adhesive in accordance with PN-EN 13353. The inner layer is arranged as perimeter lamellas running parallel to the edges, which helps prevent warping and protects the panel against delamination — particularly important during drying after contact with concrete and water. The working surface is coated with a double, sanded 150 g/m² melamine resin layer, providing a uniform concrete finish with a slight wood grain imprint. The panel is available only in an unedged version.
Thanks to the quality of the material and bonding, the panel can withstand approximately 20 to 30 reuses, which at larger project scale results in a lower cost per use. It is available in thicknesses of 21 mm and 27 mm and in four lengths: 1500, 2000, 2500 or 3000 mm, with a sheet width of 500 mm.
The raw material comes from sustainably managed European forests with a certified supply chain (FSC, PEFC), while production is carried out in accordance with the Austrian ÖNORM B 3023 standard.
Applications of the Premium Three-Layer Panel
- construction formwork,
- temporary working platforms on construction sites,
- components requiring high load-bearing capacity,
- applications exposed to prolonged contact with moisture and concrete.
Additional information
Before each use, the panel should be coated with a release agent to ensure easy separation from the freshly cast concrete surface. Cutting should be avoided where possible. If cutting is necessary, the cut edge should be protected with waterproof acrylic paint.
