Diagonal brace

Plettac P70 diagonal braces are key components responsible for stiffening the scaffold in the vertical plane and maintaining the correct geometry of the entire structure. Working together with P70 frames, they transfer horizontal loads caused by wind and worker movement, reducing scaffold sway and tilting. Installation is carried out using brackets with locking latches, which allow the brace to be quickly attached to the frame standards without specialist tools while ensuring a secure connection that cannot open accidentally. The braces are designed for 2.0 m high frames, while in lower configurations they can be installed using swivel couplers, providing greater flexibility when arranging the bracing system. Different lengths for 1.50 / 2.00 / 2.50 / 3.00 m bays allow each brace to be matched precisely to the bay spacing, simplifying the design and installation of rigid and safe façade scaffolding structures.
