Double coupler

The 48/48 double coupler, also known as a fixed coupler, is used to connect two scaffold tubes at a right angle, creating a rigid, non-slip connection at critical points of the structure. Its precise fit for Ø48.3 mm tubes minimizes play at the connection points, directly improving the overall stability of the scaffold. The hot-dip galvanized steel body withstands intensive use, impacts and weather conditions, allowing the coupler to be reused across multiple projects. It is suitable for modular, frame and traditional tube-and-coupler scaffolding systems, making it easier to create rigid ledgers, braces and vertical-to-horizontal connections without the need for additional components.
