Scaffold ties

The Plettac scaffold tie is the component responsible for mechanically connecting the scaffold structure to the building wall, helping to limit movement and displacement of the entire system during work at height. Used together with an eye anchor bolt fixed into the wall and a half coupler attached to the scaffold frame or standard, it creates a rigid anchoring system that transfers horizontal loads to the building structure. The galvanized steel construction provides resistance to corrosion and weather conditions, ensuring reliable anchoring throughout the entire period of scaffold use on site. Several available tie lengths, ranging from 30 to 120 cm, make it possible to adjust both the anchoring depth and the distance between the scaffold and the wall, whether for standard façades, thick insulation layers or deep recesses. The simple installation method, without the need for specialist tools, speeds up the anchoring of subsequent bays and makes it easier to maintain the required anchoring spacing in accordance with the design.
