Wooden platform

The Plettac P70 wooden platform is a proven component of façade scaffolding systems, designed to create stable working and access platforms. Made of softwood protected with impregnating paint, it performs well under typical construction site conditions while providing a more comfortable, “warmer” surface than steel. At both ends, the platform is fitted with galvanized metal end fittings with holes, allowing the element to be quickly placed onto the scaffold frame pins. This method of installation stabilizes the platform within the bay and speeds up the installation of subsequent platforms. The possibility of using the platform on both sides allows the elements to be rotated during use, helping to extend their service life. The 320 mm width is matched to the Plettac P70 system and scaffolding with similar geometry, while three available lengths with specified load capacities make it easier to select the appropriate version for the expected loads and bay dimensions.

Applications of the Wooden Platform

The Plettac P70 wooden platform is used as a basic working and access platform on façade scaffolding levels.

• creating working platforms on Plettac P70 façade scaffolding,
• providing access routes for teams carrying out work at height,
• providing a working surface for façade, renovation, installation and maintenance work,
• fitting scaffold bays with lengths of 2.0 / 2.5 / 3.0 m in systems compatible with a 320 mm platform width,
• applications where a natural, “warmer” wooden surface is preferred over steel.
