Bauframe 60 kN universal wall formwork for building construction projects
Bauframe 60 kN is a complete formwork panel system with a 12 cm hot-dip galvanized steel frame and 15 mm birch plywood. It can withstand fresh concrete pressure of up to 60 kN/m² and is suitable for forming walls up to 6 m high. The wide range of panels, from 25 to 240 cm in width and up to 300 cm in height, compatibility with Rasto-type systems, and universal accessories make it possible to adapt the formwork to the project and connect it to formwork already in use. The system is ideal for all types of building construction projects.

Who is the Bauframe 60 kN formwork intended for?
For reinforced concrete contractors
Bauframe is a wall formwork system designed for applications where strength and speed are essential. It can withstand fresh concrete pressure of up to 60 kN/m², while large panels, measuring up to 240 × 300 cm, reduce the need for multiple smaller panels and shorten formwork preparation time. Wedge clamps allow panels to be connected with height offsets, while the VZ and ALU variants make it possible to carry out column formwork and work in confined or difficult-to-access areas.
For wholesalers and distributors
Bauframe is compatible with Rasto-type formwork systems, as well as Bauframe ALU, Bauschal, MidiBox, and Rhino. This makes it suitable for customers who already use Rasto formwork and need additional panels. Four heights, twelve widths ranging from 25 to 240 cm, VZ multi-hole panels, and the ALU variant make it possible to offer a complete formwork system for a wide range of applications.
What makes the Bauframe 60 kN wall formwork stand out?
Steel tie-rod sleeves protect the plywood.
Specially designed steel tie-rod sleeves directly protect the plywood from impacts caused by the tie rod.
Reinforced corners
They further protect the formwork frame, increasing its resistance to fresh concrete pressure. The maximum load capacity is as high as 60 kN/m²!
Frame-protecting inserts
At both ends of the panels, we have added inserts to further increase the strength of the frame profile. They provide additional protection when moving the entire formwork assembly without disconnecting the panels, as well as during formwork stripping with a lifting device or crane.
Available ALU and VZ variants
BAUFRAME VZ multi-hole panels are ideal for forming columns with various cross-sections. BAUFRAME ALU panels are manufactured with a rigid, hardened aluminium frame profile. Their low weight makes them particularly suitable for applications where it is difficult to operate heavy equipment for moving formwork panels.
Universal accessories
You will secure the system with universal Baukrane accessories or others compatible with Rasto. Fewer dedicated accessories mean fewer problems on the construction site and easier completion of equipment.
Compatible with Rasto
You can connect Bauframe with the Bauframe ALU variant, the heavy Bauschal system, but also with other systems in the Rasto profile. You work with equipment you know, so installation errors are less likely. Projects are completed faster and more cheaply.
