Main challenges of the project

The key to efficient execution was maintaining full continuity of slab works and uninterrupted progress at every stage of construction. Thanks to rapid transport, timely deliveries, and the use of Bauprop 20 props with a load-bearing capacity of up to 20 kN, the construction site was able to operate without unnecessary downtime and maintain a high pace of work.
Excellent communication between the manufacturer and the construction site also played a significant role, allowing for a flexible response to the project’s needs and effectively supporting on-schedule completion.

The role of the Bautreg system

In this project, the Bautreg slab formwork system played an important role primarily due to its versatility and suitability for repetitive slab works in residential construction. In a phased project, such a system facilitates efficient formwork preparation, assembly and disassembly of components, and better planning of crew work for subsequent construction sections.

This allowed the work to progress more smoothly, reduced downtime, and provided better control over the schedule of the entire project.
