Description:

A development comprising 16 industrial halls of identical dimensions is currently underway in the area. The project is being carried out by Construct Partener Confort SRL, whose main priorities include fast construction progress, repeatability of structural elements, and efficient delivery logistics.

As part of the cooperation, Baukrane supplied 700 m² of BAUTEKK formwork and 400 m² of BAUFRAME formwork, together with the necessary formwork accessories and consumable components.

Due to the tight construction schedule, selecting solutions that would reduce assembly and stripping times while allowing the same equipment to be used efficiently across successive buildings was particularly important.

BAUTEKK. Transition from Traditional Formwork to a Modular System:

One of the key aspects of the cooperation was replacing the previously used traditional formwork with the BAUTEKK system.

The system’s lightweight and durable construction enabled the contractor to streamline foundation and foundation wall construction. Compared to the previous formwork method, the use of prefabricated system components simplified assembly and stripping, reducing the time required to prepare subsequent structures.

A particularly valuable advantage was the ability to move pre-assembled formwork sections using lifting hooks. This eliminated the need to completely dismantle and reassemble the entire formwork arrangement at each new working location.

During the construction of 16 halls with identical dimensions, this solution made it possible to maintain repeatable formwork configurations, accelerate subsequent construction stages, and improve working conditions for construction crews.

Formwork Systems Tailored to the Structure:

For this project, we supplied a total of 1,100 m² of wall and foundation formwork, comprising two Baukrane systems:

BAUTEKK, 700 m²: Used for foundations and foundation walls. Its lightweight construction and the ability to transport pre-assembled sections facilitated the construction of repetitive structural elements.

BAUFRAME, 400 m²: Used for wall construction, providing the contractor with a modular formwork solution for concrete structures.

The equipment was complemented by formwork accessories and consumable components selected to meet the requirements of the construction work.

Using two systems allowed the equipment to be appropriately allocated to different construction activities. Another significant advantage was the ability to reuse pre-assembled BAUTEKK formwork configurations for subsequent, repetitive structures.

 
Direct Delivery to the Construction Site. Gdańsk to Oradea in 48 Hours:

One of the project’s biggest challenges was its tight construction schedule. The contractor required complete equipment to be delivered as quickly as possible to begin construction work without unnecessary delays.

In response to these requirements, Baukrane arranged direct transportation from Gdańsk to the construction site in Oradea, completing the delivery within 48 hours.

By eliminating intermediate warehousing, additional unloading and reloading operations were avoided, reducing the overall time required to deliver the equipment.

Michał Toboła also played an important role in preparing the cooperation by presenting the contractor with the delivery conditions and potential logistical risks. This made it possible to plan the delivery process effectively and adapt the solutions to the construction schedule.

Comprehensive Project Support:

The construction of 16 industrial halls in Oradea demonstrates how the right choice of formwork systems and efficient logistics can streamline the execution of repetitive structures.

Switching from traditional formwork to BAUTEKK enabled the contractor to accelerate the assembly and stripping of foundation and foundation wall formwork. The ability to move pre-assembled sections using lifting hooks further reduced the need to prepare formwork configurations from scratch.

The combination of BAUTEKK and BAUFRAME systems, appropriately selected accessories, and direct equipment delivery within 48 hours addressed the contractor’s key requirements: time savings, repeatable construction processes, and efficient site organisation.
